What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — a business name and your message. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you and to check any business details or corrections you send us. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running an accurate directory and answering messages.
Who sees it
Messages are delivered by email through our email provider. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for up to 24 months, then delete them.
Maps and fonts
Some pages show a Google Map, and the website uses Google Fonts. When these load, Google receives your IP address, and the map may set Google’s own cookies. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us through the contact form. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
